A. Use the online form Streetlight/Area Light to report the outage.
You can also call the automated phone system, (813) 223-0800 (Hillsborough County), (863) 299-0800 (Polk County) or (888) 223-0800 (all other counties or out of state).
Hold for English, or press 9 for Spanish;
Press 1 for emergencies, outages and streelights;
Press 1 for streelights, then follow remaining prompts for malfunctioning streelights.
Note that only malfunctioning streelights and safety issues are handled on this line. Billing or credit questions regarding all outdoor lighting are handled through residential Customer Care by following the billing prompts.
