Q. How can I find the balance due on my account?
A. You may call our Customer Care Center at (813) 223-0800 (Hillsborough County), (863) 299-0800 (Polk County), or 1-888-223-0800 (all other counties and out-of-state). Listen to the prompts and select these menu options:
Hold for English or press 9 to continue in Spanish;
Press 2 for non-emergencies;
Press 1 for residential Customer Care;
Press 2 for billing options, including account balance and last payment received.
You'll need either your 11-digit account number or the telephone number associated with the account.
